In response to the new coronavirus, the Southern Union Conference Administration has implemented the following employee travel advisory.
In light of COVID-19 and the unknown sanitary state of airports, airplanes, rental cars, hotels, restaurants, meeting venues and other travel-related services, Southern Union Conference employees are discouraged from travel inside the United States. Travel outside of the United States will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Meetings at the Southern Union Office have been cancelled and contact with outside guests should be minimized.

This advisory will be in effect thru May 31, at which time it will be re-evaluated.
