Enthusiasm filled the gym at Nosoca Pines Ranch on September 21, 2026, as academy students took the stage for the first-ever Three Angels Voices Oratorical Event, sponsored by Three Angels for Today, the high school branch of Three Angels for Kids.
Students presented five-minute sermons centered on the Three Angels’ Messages of Revelation 14, bringing their own voices, perspectives, and convictions to these important biblical messages. The participants did a fantastic job, demonstrating preparation, creativity, courage, and a willingness to publicly share their faith.
The event was made possible through a partnership with the Southern Union. Carla Thrower, Ph.D., associate director of education for the Southern Union, and Roberto Johnson, administrative assistant, helped facilitate the event, while Southern Union pastors and administrators provided encouragement and coaching for participating students.
Recent high school graduate Joshua Reed brought youthful energy to the program as host. Sandra Doran, curriculum and creative director, and Yvette Cooper, project assistant, coordinated the event for Three Angels for Today.
KCFilms and Media was there to capture not only the presentations, but also the stories behind the students and their journey to the stage.
Two students were selected to represent the Southern Union at the Three Angels Voices Grand Finale in Haymarket, Virginia, November 19–23, 2026.
Who was it? You’ll have to watch to find out!
